So, can we start the political handicapping?
There’s been a de facto truce on political handicapping here in MingWorld ever since the 2004 election. But now that the primary races look like they’re down to two parties (sorry, Stevo, but for Ron Paul, it’s all over but the crying), can we do a little handicapping in our blog? Or is it still off limits? I defer to the gruppe. I promise to play nice. Except maybe about Hillary.

Sign of the Coming Apocalypse?
Gotta wonder what’s going on when I find myself nodding in agreement with people I don’t usually agree with: Christopher Hitchens, Andrew Sullivan, liberal feminist Caitlin Flanagan, liberal NYTimes columnist Frank Rich, and Hitchens again.
Maybe it’s that they’re all coming around to my way of thinking, especially about the Clintons. Yeah, I’ll tell myself that.

Stevo, Time to Count The Pennies in that Jar

There Was a Firefight!!! - Link Activated
This is one of Dawg’s favorite movies of all time - therefore, one of the best of all time. Willam/Willam/Willem (dude got burned with wax by Madonna) Dafoe is priceless in this movie. Lots of folklore associated with the flick. Well worth the rent if Mingsters have not seen Boondock Saints.

TMQ Makes a Good Point About Colts
Or, rather, an intrepid reader/observer makes a fine point about the Colts’ cheerleader’s professionalism leading to the loss. Scroll down to “Bad cheerleader performance” to see the relevant point.
